All Parker & Co. Cotton Rope Leashes and Collars include a limited 6-month warranty. If any product fails due to defects in materials or hardware, please contact a member of our team at info@parkerandco.ca for replacement options. We cannot exchange or refund items damaged due to misuse, chewing or incorrect measurements.

We recommend spot cleaning when possible.

To clean fully, handwash or machine wash on a gentle/hand wash cycle with warm, chlorine-free water. Make sure the buckle (for the collar) is closed and the collar is in its natural shape. Wash your collar/leash on its own in a garment laundry bag or with like colours. Use a small amount of rope soap/mild detergent that is gentle on colours and fibers. Do not use any soaps/detergents containing bleach. Lay flat to dry. Dry hardware immediately.

Because each piece is handmade, some minor variations in length and colour may occur.

Items will ship within 1-14 business days. All Cotton Rope Buckle Collars are custom-made to order, therefore returns are not accepted. We cannot accept returns on sale items 15% or more. To qualify for a return/exchange, the customer must request a return within 14 days of first receiving the order (based on tracking information).
