Lettermail: offered free at checkout. Estimated delivery is 3-15 business days. No tracking available.
XpressPost: Get next day and 2-day shipping with Xpresspost™. All items are tracked, delivery times are guaranteed and delivery status can be checked online*. Price varies according to items ordered.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.
The processing time for orders is 1-14 business days. We ship with UPS Express, Fedex Ground/Express, Purolator, Canpar and Canada Post/USPS. Times in transit (noted in checkout) are estimated and may vary.
NOTE: Only Canada Post can deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please keep in mind that during holidays there may be delays in processing and shipping times. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs duties & taxes or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.

Unopened, unused products may be returned in their original packaging. Custom made items cannot be returned/refunded. Please visit each product description to determine if your item is eligible for return.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned within 15 days of first receiving the order. If you do require a return, please email email@example.com. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Refunds are processed once the products have been received and inspected. We do not refund import duties and taxes (if applicable).
