Any participation in Parker & Co. services will constitute as acceptance of this agreement.
Owner is responsible for and shall provide veterinarian documentation confirming that the dog's vaccinations, flea and tick treatments and de-wormer treatments are up-to-date.
Owner accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by their dog while being walked.
Owner is responsible for providing a fitted collar and attached leash that is suitable for the dog's size and weight for every walk.
Owner grants permission to Parker & Co. Dog Services Incorporated to take photos of your dog. Owner agrees to let Parker & Co. use/post photos of your dog with or without their name for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to social media marketing, publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
Parker & Co. Dog Services Incorporated is not held accountable for vet fees or third party claims while your dog is in our care.
Owner is to make full disclosure of any quality or characteristic problems which might make your dog not suitable for walking and/or pet sitting; including behavioural or health problems, antisocial behaviour; including aggression, incontinence or lack of house training and excessive loud barking or whining. Failure on the part of the owner to disclose any matter which might render owner’s dog unsuitable for walking will be deemed a material omission amounting to a fundamental breach of our agreement.
We make every effort to contact the owner in the event of an emergency. We recommend owners provide us with a contact number of a trusted third party should we be unable to make contact. However, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding your dog’s health provided it is at all times acting in the best interests of the dog and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon.
(Walking and Pet Sitting) Clients must ensure that their requirements are e-mailed or called in at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability). However, if given less then 48 hours notice, we will do our best to accommodate you.
(Walking) You may cancel your booked slot provided you give a minimum of 24-hours notice, you will not be charged. However, if cancellation is made within 24-hours of the walk commencing, the full rate will be charged.
(Pet Sitting) You may cancel your booked slot provided you give a minimum of 5 days (120-hours) notice, you will not be charged. However, if cancellation is made within 5 days (120-hours) of the pet sitting scheduled, half of the rate will be charged. If cancellation is made within 48-hours of the pet sitting commencing, the full rate will be charged.
(Walking and Pet Sitting) Charges are as advertised on our rates page. Please visit the rates section on our website to view them fully. Please be aware that our rates are very competitive and are not negotiable.
FLEXIBILITY IS REQUIRED
(1) Your booked time is estimated only and while we make every effort to arrive at the time given, depending on road conditions and unforeseen circumstances, please allow approximately 30 minutes before/after your booked time slot for Parker & Co. to attend. In adverse weather conditions please understand that we are still open and may be slightly delayed.
(2) Please note that time starts from when Parker & Co. arrives at your property. Clients may also make further requests to Parker & Co. which will take extra time out of your booked walk.
EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS
Whether it’s a blizzard outside or scorching hot, Parker & Co. Dog Services may adjust the walks and routes based on current conditions. On days with extreme heat/rain/cold/ice/snow/etc. the walks may be shortened to ensure the safety of our dogs and walkers. However, due to the risks associated with walking dogs in extreme conditions, rates are not changed due to shortened walks.
In addition, Parker & Co. Dog Services retains the right to cancel service due to inclement weather that we deem hazardous or dangerous up to the day of service. Parker & Co. Dog Services will notify the clients as soon as possible for all cancellations.
ILLNESS AND/OR INJURY
If your walker is sick or has an injury, they have the right to shorten walks to ensure the well being of our walkers and/or cancel service up to the day of service. However, rates will not be changed for shortened walks due to a walkers illness/injury. Parker & co. will notify clients as soon as possible for all cancellations.

The processing time for “Single Balm” orders is 1-3 business days. The processing time for “Paw Balm Box” Wholesale orders is 2-5 business days. These processing times may vary during peak seasons and are not guaranteed.
We ship to Canada and the US. We ship via Canada Post and USPS. All items are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. Shipping time in transits provided at checkout are estimates only. Actual time in transit will vary depending on shipping address and time of year.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.
Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Parker & Co..
RETURN/CANCELLATION AND DAMAGES POLICY:
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
All orders are final. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting.
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely however, Parker & Co. takes no responsibility for any losses, damages or delays that may occur.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Currently, we accept payment via PayPal. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment in full.
Wholesale orders are placed by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title “Wholesale Order”. You must include your business name, email, phone number, address, and desired order quantity in the email. The minimum for wholesale orders is 24 units (1 box). Once successful, you will receive an invoice to your email. Product will be shipped once payment is received.

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, Parker & Co. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THIS SITE, OR FROM THE PURCHASE OR USE OF PRODUCTS. THIS IS TRUE EVEN IF Parker & Co. OR A REPRESENTATIVE OF Parker & Co. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, exclusive of its choice of law rules. The sole jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceeding will be the courts located in Toronto, Ontario. In the event that any of the provisions herein are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. Prices, product descriptions and illustrations in this site are subject to change without notice. Inventory of some items is limited to supply on hand.
