BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH PARKER & CO. DOG SERVICES INCORPORATED ("WE") ON WWW.PARKERANDCO.CA, THE PURCHASER ("YOU") ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS") STATED BELOW. We may from time to time revise these Terms by updating this posting. Please visit this page periodically to review the current Terms because they are binding to you. Your continued use of this site will mean you accept any changes.
The processing time for custom made orders is 1-14 business days. The processing time for Wholesale orders is 2-5 business days. These processing times may vary during peak seasons and are not guaranteed.
We ship worldwide. We ship via Canada Post, USPS, Purolator, Canpar, UPS and Fedex. All items are shipped from Ontario, Canada. Shipping time in transits provided at checkout are estimates only. Actual time in transit will vary depending on shipping address and time of year.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.
Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Parker & Co..
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Currently, we accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment in full.
Wholesale orders are placed by emailing email@example.com with the subject title “Wholesale Order”. You must include your business name, email, phone number, address, and desired order quantity in the email. Once successful, you will receive an invoice to your email. Product will be shipped once payment is received.
The processing time for Wholesale orders is 1-3 business days. These processing times may vary during peak seasons and are not guaranteed.
LIMITATION OF PARKER & CO.’S LIABILITY
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, Parker & Co. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THIS SITE, OR FROM THE PURCHASE OR USE OF PRODUCTS. THIS IS TRUE EVEN IF Parker & Co. OR A REPRESENTATIVE OF Parker & Co. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL Parker & Co.'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR PRODUCT PURCHASED ON THIS SITE.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, exclusive of its choice of law rules. The sole jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceeding will be the courts located in Toronto, Ontario. In the event that any of the provisions herein are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. Prices, product descriptions and illustrations in this site are subject to change without notice. Inventory of some items is limited to supply on hand.
Parker & Co. respects your personal privacy. We believe ensuring the security of your personal information is an important part of our job, and we strive to protect any personal information you may provide us.
Parker & Co. is responsible for the personal information under its control. This includes personal information under our control, as well as personal information that we may transfer to our affiliates or third party service providers for processing or other purposes that facilitate our business operations. Aggregate Site Use Information

We collect aggregate information regarding open rates, page views, and generated sales from our HTML emails. Aggregate information does not personally identify individuals. Subscribers concerned about collection of aggregate information may unsubscribe in the manner described above.

Any personal information you provide to Parker & Co. on the Website during the ordering process is exchanged on a secure server.
