Refund policy

Return/Exchange request process (Canada/USA):

  1. Please submit your exchange/return request here.
  2. Your request will be reviewed. (All exchanges are free*. If you wish to return your order for a refund a flat rate $15 return label fee will be deducted from your return). All refunds are issued as store credit only. No exceptions.
  3. Once approved your return shipping label will be emailed to you. Suffix this to your return. 
  4. Drop your return/exchange at the corresponding carrier.

Refunds are processed in the form of store credit.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*Returns for International Orders (outside Canada/USA): Please email info@parkerandco.ca should you require assistance. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. No exchanges are offered on international orders. 

Cancellations:
 
Order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order if it has not been fulfilled. After 24 hours of your order being placed, we cannot cancel your order. If your order has been marked as shipped/fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. 

Exchanges/Returns
Please submit your return/exchange request online here. An exchange will be made automatically once the return is received. All exchanges are free of charge*. To be eligible for a return/exchange the item must be in its original condition with tags attached. Items used outdoors cannot be returned/exchanged. 

To qualify for a return/exchange, the customer must request a return within 14 days of first receiving the order (based on tracking information). The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. A $15 return shipping label will be deducted from the return. Refunds/exchanges are processed once the products have been received and inspected. We do not refund shipping fees, or import duties and taxes. 

*if a discount code was used on a specific product, the price difference will apply to the exchange. There are no return/exchange shipping fees for exchanges. Only one exchange is free per order, if you need to return or exchange the already exchanged item, this is at the customer's expense. 
*International returns (outside of Canada & USA): Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. No exchanges are offered on international orders. 
*If a return is received in a used, dirty, or damaged condition it will be refused, or in the event, it can be cleaned a $15 CAD cleaning fee will be deducted per item. 

Shipping Protection
We’re proud to offer Parker & Co. Shipping Protection — an optional add-on available at checkout that covers your order in the rare event it’s lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

By adding this protection, you’ll enjoy hassle-free replacements handled directly by our team — no waiting on third-party insurance providers.

How It Works
1. Simply select “Parker & Co. Shipping Protection” at checkout.
2. For a small flat fee, your order will be fully protected from loss, theft, or damage while in transit.
3. If something goes wrong, we’ll send a replacement right away (or offer a store credit if the item is out of stock).

Filing a Claim
If your order is missing, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@parkerandco.ca within 14 days of delivery with:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the package and items (if applicable)
3. A brief description of what happened

Our team will review your claim within 2–4 business days and quickly issue a replacement or credit if applicable. 

What’s Covered
✅ Lost packages where tracking hasn’t updated for 14+ business days
✅ Damaged items upon arrival (photo proof required)
✅ Packages marked “Delivered” but not received (after carrier investigation)

What’s Not Covered
❌ Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
❌ Packages returned to sender or refused delivery
❌ Orders where shipping protection wasn’t purchased

Without Shipping Protection
If you choose not to add protection, Parker & Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. You’ll need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

Final Sale
All items discounted by 15% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. All items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned within 14 days of first receiving the order. The product must be returned in its original packaging. We do not refund import duties and taxes.

Import Duties/Taxes
We collect all import duties & taxes online at checkout. There will be no surprise fees at your door! Please note, that import duties & taxes are non-refundable. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credit.

Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order with Parker & Co., you agree to the following terms:

  • Pre-Order Commitment: Pre-orders are made to reserve items before they are available for immediate shipping. Because these items are produced in limited quantities, all pre-orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled after 24 hours of being placed.

  • Estimated Shipping Window: The estimated shipping window provided on the product page at the time of purchase is an estimate only and is subject to change based on production and fulfillment timelines. Orders are still considered valid and active even if they ship up to 2 weeks beyond the estimated date.

  • Delays Beyond 2 Weeks: If your pre-order has not shipped more than 2 weeks after the end of the estimated window, you may contact us to request a cancellation and full refund.

Refused delivery / return to sender
Please note, if a parcel is undeliverable due to refused delivery, the customer will be refunded their order less a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees.

If the order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees/fees to reship the order. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, the customer will be refunded their order less any applicable shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.

6 Month Limited Warranty Policy

At Parker & Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Hardware defects (e.g., clips, locks, buckles, D-rings)
  • Stitching or structural failures
  • Manufacturing faults that affect the functionality or safety of the product

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper use, or lack of care
  • Chewing, biting, or pet-related damage
  • Accidental damage or external forces
  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, fading, minor fraying)
  • Improper sizing or fit issues
  • Products that have been altered or modified

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@parkerandco.ca within the 6-month warranty period and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Claims must be submitted promptly after the issue is identified.

Resolution

If a claim is approved, Parker & Co. will provide one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the same item (shipping not included)
  • A replacement of a comparable or updated item (shipping not included)
  • A repair (shipping not included)
  • Store credit equal to the original purchase value of the product (excluding shipping costs)

Refunds to the original form of payment are not provided for approved warranty claims.

Additional Terms

  • Warranty replacements do not reset or extend the original warranty period
  • Customers may be required to return the defective item at their own expense
  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
