This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Parker & Co. will replace products or parts of the Crate that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use & maintenance.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You can reach our support team via email at info@parkerandco.ca. Please include your order number and photos of the defect.

Use a clean, damp cloth and gently wipe the crate. For more serious messes, an animal-safe wood cleaner will work the same as it would for wood floors / other furniture.
