6 Month Limited Warranty
At Parker & Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Hardware defects (e.g., clips, locks, buckles, D-rings)
- Stitching or structural failures
- Manufacturing faults that affect the functionality or safety of the product
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper use, or lack of care
- Chewing, biting, or pet-related damage
- Accidental damage or external forces
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, fading, minor fraying)
- Improper sizing or fit issues
- Products that have been altered or modified
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@parkerandco.ca within the 6-month warranty period and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
Claims must be submitted promptly after the issue is identified.
Resolution
If a claim is approved, Parker & Co. will provide one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement of the same item (shipping not included)
- A replacement of a comparable or updated item (shipping not included)
- A repair (shipping not included)
- Store credit equal to the original purchase value of the product (excluding shipping costs)
Refunds to the original form of payment are not provided for approved warranty claims.
Additional Terms
- Warranty replacements do not reset or extend the original warranty period
- Customers may be required to return the defective item at their own expense
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
