To qualify for a return/exchange, you must submit a request within 14 days of receiving your order (based on tracking). USA/Canada: Returns incur a $15 return fee (Exchanges are free). International: Customers are responsible for return shipping (no exchanges available). All requests must be submitted through your online account. Items must be unused to be eligible & have tags attached. Please gently test products at home before using them outdoors. Refunds are issued as store credit only. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed.

Hand-wash with mild soap or machine wash on a gentle cycle, cold water only. Lay flat to dry & dry all hardware immediately. Do not use bleach, softener or harsh detergents. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron.

The Parker & Co. Pet Carrier includes a limited 6-month warranty. If any product fails due to defects in materials or hardware, please contact a member of our team at info@parkerandco.ca for replacement options. We cannot exchange or refund items damaged due to misuse, wear/tear or chewing.
