Use a clean, damp cloth and gently wipe the crate. For more serious messes, an animal-safe wood cleaner will work the same as it would for wood floors / other furniture.

We stand behind our products with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects in hardware, materials, or workmanship under normal use.

Not covered: Wear and tear, chewing or pet damage, misuse, improper fit, cosmetic wear, or damage caused by incorrect use (including improperly secured hardware).

Approved claims are resolved with a replacement, repair or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided under warranty.
