To qualify for a return/exchange, you must submit a request within 14 days of receiving your order (based on tracking). USA/Canada: Returns incur a $15 return fee (Exchanges are free). International: Customers are responsible for return shipping (no exchanges available). All requests must be submitted through your online account. Items must be unused to be eligible & have tags attached. Please gently test products at home before using them outdoors. Refunds are issued as store credit only. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed.

Machine wash cold water, gentle cycle. Lay flat/hang to dry. Dry hardware immediately.

Because each piece is handmade, some minor variations in length and colour may occur.

We stand behind our products with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects in hardware, materials, or workmanship under normal use.

Not covered: Wear and tear, chewing or pet damage, misuse, improper fit, cosmetic wear, or damage caused by incorrect use (including improperly secured hardware).
