Shipping options are available at checkout. Items will ship within 1-3 business days. We cannot accept returns on sale items 15%/more. To qualify for a return/exchange, the customer must request a return within 14 days of first receiving the order (based on tracking information). The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Submit your return/exchange request online through your account. We can only accept returns on unused items, so please gently test them out at home before using them outside. Refunds are given in the form of store credit only. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed.

We recommend spot cleaning when possible.

To clean the entire leash, handwash or machine wash on a gentle/hand wash cycle with warm, chlorine-free water. Wash your leash on its own in a garment laundry bag or with like colours. Use a small amount of rope soap/mild detergent that is gentle on colours and fibers. Do not use any soaps/detergents containing bleach. Lay flat to dry. Dry hardware immediately.

Because each piece is handmade, some minor variations in look and colour may occur.

All Parker & Co. Cotton Rope Slip Collars include a limited 6-month warranty. If any product fails due to defects in materials or hardware, please contact a member of our team at info@parkerandco.ca for replacement options. We cannot exchange or refund items damaged due to misuse, chewing, or incorrect measurements.
