To qualify for a return/exchange, you must submit a request within 14 days of receiving your order (based on tracking). USA/Canada: Returns incur a $15 return fee (Exchanges are free). International: Customers are responsible for return shipping (no exchanges available). All requests must be submitted through your online account. Items must be unused to be eligible & have tags attached. Please gently test products at home before using them outdoors. Refunds are issued as store credit only. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed.

We recommend spot cleaning when possible.

To clean the entire leash, handwash or machine wash on a gentle/hand wash cycle with warm, chlorine-free water. Wash your leash on its own in a garment laundry bag or with like colours. Use a small amount of rope soap/mild detergent that is gentle on colours and fibers. Do not use any soaps/detergents containing bleach. Lay flat to dry. Dry hardware immediately.

Because each item is handmade, some minor variations in length and colour may occur.

All Parker & Co. Cotton Rope Collars include a limited 6-month warranty. If any product fails due to defects in materials or hardware, please contact a member of our team at info@parkerandco.ca for replacement options. We cannot exchange or refund items damaged due to misuse, chewing, or incorrect measurements.
