Shipping options are shown at checkout. Orders ship within 1–3 business days. We cannot accept returns on sale items discounted 15% or more. To qualify for a return/exchange, you must submit a request within 14 days of receiving your order (based on tracking). USA/Canada: Returns incur a $15 return fee (Exchanges are free). International: Customers are responsible for return shipping (no exchanges available). All requests must be submitted through your online account. Items must be unused to be eligible & have tags attached. Please gently test products at home before using them outdoors. Refunds are issued as store credit only. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed.

Spot clean with mild soap and warm water as needed. Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals.

We stand behind our products with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects in hardware, materials, or workmanship under normal use.

Not covered: Wear and tear, chewing or pet damage, misuse, improper fit, cosmetic wear, or damage caused by incorrect use (including improperly secured hardware).

Approved claims are resolved with a replacement or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided under warranty.
