We stand behind our products with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects in hardware, materials, or workmanship under normal use.
Not covered: Wear and tear, chewing or pet damage, misuse, improper fit, cosmetic wear, or damage caused by incorrect use (including improperly secured hardware).

I’m absolutely delighted with my order! Everything is even more beautiful in person. The colours are gorgeous, the quality feels excellent and all the little details are very well made.

I love the treat pouch but I ordered it with the green cross body bag, and they are different tones of green. I still like them but it's a bit of a bummer that they don't match perfectly.
Very good bag. Everything fits in there and it’s very handy when you go on long walks. It has very good quality and a nice design so I think is worth the price.
Really like this treat pouch! But the magnets to keep it close are too strong. Kinda difficult to open and close make it somewhat unpractical. But I like that it has two different ways to attach it to bag or belt or whatever you want to use it with.
