I was worried about the light colour we chose but dirt and mud wipe off so easily and the material is strong. Will be purchasing additional colours!
Was very impressed that my order was shipped the same day I placed it. A size large collar was perfect for my 10 month old golden.
Our dog usually scratches at his collar but has not been bothered with this one.
Love our weather proof collar! I have a bernedoodle and got him the XL. I usually get him the largest size in items and it is fine but the XL is very big. In the picture the collar is on the tightest hole. Miller doesn’t mind that it’s big and we haven’t had problems with it slipping off!
I love the color of this color and the fact that it’s easy to clean due to the material! We have continued to buy it as our pup has grown.
Wunderschönes Halsband! Passt meiner Hündin sehr gut und ist einfach zu reinigen.
I got the medium collar. It is still a little big for my nine week old puppy but he will grow into it in no time. I love how quick it dries and how easy it is to clean
Absolutely love it! The colour, material and everything is perfect. Love the waterproof and odour proof material
I love the color and material of the collars. That being said, the square piece on the collar that tucks the end in falls off very easily which ended up getting ruined by my dog because it fell off without me realizing. Another thing I wish it didn’t do is the metal pieces on the collar make black dark spots on the collar. You can clean it off I just wish I didn’t have to clean it so often because of the metal that was used.
I ordered the item but it came in smaller than desired despite measuring. The website says there's warranty and to make returns within 14 days but when I had asked for an exchange that I was willing to pay for, I was told I couldn't return it (cause it's final sale) but also suggested for me to reorder it in the right size instead. If it's final sale but the return instructions are still on the item description does it apply?
Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback. As stated on the product page in multiple places, this item was part of a final clearance sale and is not eligible for return or exchange. We strive to provide clear information to ensure our customers can make informed purchases. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we did offer you a discount code should you wish to reorder the correct size. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our team—we’re happy to help!
Perfect collar, I love the material since it’s waterproof and won’t get dirty!
I love this collar. Not only do I get a ton of compliments on it, but it's wonderfully functional and easy to keep clean and dry for our pup who loves getting wet and dirty. I needed to exchange because of a sizing issue and I was impressed by the customer service I received: response time was great, explanations were thorough, and the replacement was sent promptly. I highly recommend this collar and this company!
Perfect size for my 55lb golden retriever with room to tighten or loosen! Love the color
Love the color and how durable it is. Can’t really see wear after a few weeks. Seems like high quality. Not my favorite ever because the silver buckle is so big it seems uncomfortable for my dogs small neck. Also ring that you clip the leash to is so dang tiny and its hard to clip a leash on and off when the collar is on. Also I wish there was another clip/ring to hang a dog tag on that is also not competing with for the leash clip and the excess collar end.
Store owner replied: Thanks so much for this feedback! We will look into adding an extra ring and making the rings bigger :)
Amazing quality, kind communication, quick shipping. Absolutely love the products!
Love the colour and the fit! I have a Great Pyrenees/Lab and the large was perfect!
Good sturdy collar. Fits my golden perfectly, size large. Adjutdable for room to grow hes only one year. Love the waterproof material its not rough/plasticy its really soft and almost velvet feeling
Great collar for adventerous dogs. Mine wears it all the time, doesnt stink and he goes in and out of the water with it. I have a male lab and he wears size large. Love the navy colour too!
I don’t know what kind of dog is supposed to fit into the “large” but I bought this collar for my Rottweiler puppy and it didn’t even come close to fitting. Wanted to return it but then realized I’m supposed to pay to get the return label? Will not be ordering from this site again.
Solace Weatherproof Dog Collar
Store owner replied: Hi Myah! A size large fits most large breeds, especially a Rottweiler. A Rottweiler puppy would likely be a size medium, as their neck is smaller. A size large as stated online fits 15-18 inch neck size. We have a detailed size chart online for customers so they are able to order the correct size for their dog. We have sizes S - XL which fit all sized breeds. As a small business, to offer free return shipping would result in price increases across all products, which is why we chose to have customers pay for return shipping on the rare occurrence if they order an incorrect size. To avoid this as stated prior to choosing a size, we recommend measuring against our sizing chart to guarantee you order the correct size. If you need any assistance or would like to reach out please email us at info@parkerandco.ca
Amazing quality, and they look great!! Absolutely love the colour - we’ve received lots of compliments on the set as well 😊
